I founded Englhard Consulting in 2018 after seeing a consistent challenge across growing organizations: technology was advancing faster than the processes designed to support it. With more than a decade of experience in Salesforce consulting and implementation, I learned that sustainable growth comes not from tools alone, but from clarity, alignment, and intentional system design. That perspective has shaped my work as a consultant, community leader, and speaker at leading Salesforce events.
