Hi, I’m Rich, founder of Englhard Consulting.
I founded Englhard Consulting in 2018 to help companies grow and scale their businesses with a focus on process automation. I’ve been helping companies leverage technology, specifically Salesforce, with their Sales, Service, Marketing, and other teams as their core platform to build their customer relationships for over 10 years. I’ve had the honor of sharing my knowledge by speaking at various events, including Dreamforce, Salesforce Connections, community led Dreamin’ Events, and various User Group events, including being the leader of the Jacksonville, FL Salesforce Admin Community Group.
At Englhard Consulting, we focus on helping companies define and refine their processes, allowing them to leverage technology to improve operations using automation and reducing manual processes. From start-ups to global enterprises, we’ve helped our Clients deliver an exceptional experience to their prospects, customers, and employees using Salesforce as the operating system for their business.
